Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for the month of September. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Sept 28th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm.  Pick-up will be in the Visitor Parking Lot in the front of the building.  In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Monday, Sept 25th!
