Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for January 2025. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Thursday, January 23rd from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Friday, January 17th! IF you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pick-up as food will be ordered based on RSVP numbers.
