Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for December 2024. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Thursday, December 19th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Sunday, December 15th! IF you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pick-up as food will be ordered based on RSVP numbers.
