Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for November 2024. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Thursday, November 21st from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Sunday, November 17th! IF you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pick-up as food will be ordered based on RSVP numbers.
