Amherst School District Families: Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for the month of December. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Thursday, December 14th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. Pick-up will be in the Visitor Parking Lot in the front of the building. In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Monday, December 11th! IF you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pick-up as food will be ordered based on RSVP numbers.
