Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for the month of September 2024. PLEASE COMPLETE ONE FORM ONLY PER FAMILY! Food will be available for pick up at Steele High School on Thursday, September 26th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. In order to ensure enough food is ordered, please RSVP by Monday, Sept 23rd! IF you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pick-up as food will be ordered based on RSVP numbers.
