Practice starts Monday, November 12th from 2:45 - 5:00 p.m. Wrestlers should get changed after school into shorts and a t-shirt and come to the cafeteria. There will be a 15 minute parent meeting after practice on November 12th.
A sports physical must be on file in the school office. If a wrestler has not completed the physical, he or she should come to practice but will not be able to participate in physical activities. Email our Athletic Director Brad Draga (email@example.com) or call the main office (440-988-0324) if you have any questions.
Please order team warm-ups by Tuesday, November 5th. Wrestlers need to order a hooded sweatshirt and black mesh shorts or black sweatpants . Everything else is optional. This needs to be done ASAP, so we can have them for our first tournament. Email Coach Limpert to get a PDF copy of the order form. Wrestlers will also need to have wrestling shoes and headgear. Wrestlers with braces on their teeth will need a mouth guard that covers the upper and lower teeth.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS, EMAIL COACH LIMPERT AT firstname.lastname@example.org!
