Dear Parent/Guardian,
Please pick up your child’s unused medication from the school clinic by the end of the day on May 28, 2026. Any medications remaining after this date will be discarded.
Per school policy and state law, medications cannot be sent home with students. All medications must be transported by an adult in their original, correctly labeled containers.
For the upcoming school year, please remember that no medications can be administered without a completed Medication Authorization Form signed by both a parent/guardian and a physician. These forms are available on the Amherst Health & Wellness webpage for your convenience.
