Please complete this form to reserve an Amherst Second Harvest Food Box for April 2026. Only one form per family is needed.
Food box pickup will take place at Steele High School on Thursday from 12:00–1:00 PM. To ensure enough food is available, please RSVP by Friday, April 17. If you reserve a food box, please make arrangements for pickup, as orders are based on RSVP numbers.
